AvanzaPro es una plataforma SaaS que utiliza inteligencia artificial para ayudar a contratistas a crear documentos profesionales (estimados, facturas, change orders, propuestas) en inglés a partir de notas de voz en español. El servicio incluye integración con Google Drive, gestión de clientes (CRM), y envío de documentos por email.

3. Registro y Cuenta

• • Debes proporcionar información precisa y completa al registrarte.
• • Eres responsable de mantener la seguridad de tu cuenta y contraseña.
• • Debes tener al menos 18 años de edad para usar el servicio.
• • Una cuenta es para un solo usuario. No puedes compartir credenciales.

4. Planes y Pagos

• • Los precios están indicados en dólares estadounidenses (USD) y se facturan mensualmente.
• • Puedes cancelar tu suscripción en cualquier momento. No hay reembolsos por períodos parciales.
• • Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar precios con aviso previo de 30 días.
• • Los pagos se procesan de forma segura a través de proveedores de pago certificados.

5. Uso Aceptable

Al usar AvanzaPro, te comprometes a:

• • No usar el servicio para actividades ilegales o fraudulentas.
• • No intentar acceder a cuentas de otros usuarios.
• • No usar el servicio para generar contenido difamatorio, engañoso u ofensivo.
• • No realizar ingeniería inversa ni intentar vulnerar la seguridad de la plataforma.
• • Revisar y verificar todos los documentos generados por IA antes de enviarlos.

6. Contenido Generado por IA

• • Los documentos generados por Alex (nuestra IA) son herramientas de asistencia, no reemplazos de asesoría profesional legal, financiera o contable.
• • Tú eres el único responsable de revisar, aprobar y enviar todo documento generado.
• • AvanzaPro no garantiza la precisión al 100% de traducciones o cálculos generados por IA.
• • No nos hacemos responsables por pérdidas derivadas de documentos no revisados por el usuario.

7. Propiedad Intelectual

• • La plataforma AvanzaPro, su marca, diseño y código son propiedad de Ephratah Group LLC.
• • Los documentos que generas a través de la plataforma son de tu propiedad.
• • No puedes reproducir, distribuir ni crear obras derivadas de la plataforma sin autorización.

8. Limitación de Responsabilidad

En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Ephratah Group LLC y sus directores, empleados y agentes no serán responsables por daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales, consecuentes o punitivos, incluyendo pérdida de beneficios, datos, uso, buena voluntad, u otras pérdidas intangibles resultantes del uso o la imposibilidad de uso del servicio.

9. Indemnización

Aceptas indemnizar y mantener indemne a Ephratah Group LLC de cualquier reclamación, daño, pérdida, responsabilidad y gasto (incluidos honorarios de abogados) derivados del uso indebido de la plataforma o la violación de estos términos.

10. Terminación

Podemos suspender o terminar tu acceso al servicio en cualquier momento, con o sin causa, con o sin aviso previo. Al terminar, tu derecho a usar el servicio cesa inmediatamente. Los documentos guardados en tu Google Drive permanecen de tu propiedad.

11. Ley Aplicable

Estos términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Florida, Estados Unidos, sin consideración a sus disposiciones sobre conflictos de leyes. Cualquier disputa se resolverá en los tribunales competentes del Estado de Florida.

12. Cambios a los Términos

Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar estos términos en cualquier momento. Los cambios entrarán en vigor al publicarse en esta página. Tu uso continuado del servicio después de los cambios constituye tu aceptación de los nuevos términos.

• • Documents generated by Alex (our AI) are assistive tools, not replacements for professional legal, financial, or accounting advice.
• • You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and sending any generated document.
• • AvanzaPro does not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI-generated translations or calculations.
• • We are not responsible for losses derived from documents not reviewed by the user.

7. Intellectual Property

• • The AvanzaPro platform, its brand, design, and code are the property of Ephratah Group LLC.
• • The documents you generate through the platform are your property.
• • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the platform without authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ephratah Group LLC and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ephratah Group LLC from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from the misuse of the platform or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Documents saved in your Google Drive remain your property.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of the State of Florida.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the service after the changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
